WV Hope Nomination Form
Do you know of an organization that could be financially supported through our WV Hope ministry? You can nominate the organization just by providing us with some basic information. The WV Hope Committee will review and consider all nominations for inclusion to the ministry.
Nominations are due by June 1, 2026

If you have a ministry in your area, to be considered for 2027, the information/application must be received by June 1st, 2026.
